Your vehicle is in a specific condition. Most people don’t manage it. We do.
We’re not a one-time, one-off cleaning company. What we do instead involves 4 steps: we assess the condition of the vehicle, restore it to baseline, protect what we’ve restored, and manage the condition going forward so it never falls back. That’s not detailing - that’s condition management.

Most vehicles don’t look bad because they’re old - they look bad because they’re washed wrong.
Automatic brushes create micro-scratches every wash
Cheap products dull paint and stain interiors over time
“Quick cleans” shorten the life of your vehicle’s finish
Over time, those shortcuts don’t just dull your vehicle, they shorten the life of the paint and reduce long-term value.
The problem isn’t just how vehicles get cleaned, it’s that most owners have no system for managing their vehicle’s condition at all. They react when it looks bad. And as a result, they never get ahead of it. To solve this problem, we’ve built a different approach.
That’s why we don’t just detail cars. We manage their condition - with a sytem, record, & relationship.
How the KAD Condition Management System Works
Unlike other places, we don’t hand you a menu of services and ask what you want. Instead, we start with a Condition Assessment. From there, we determine the right path - and every step that follows is connected. Every client follows the same path. That’s how condition gets managed - not just cleaned
-

01 - ASSESSMENT
We evaluate the vehicle before any work begins. This determines the path.
Start Here
-

02 - BASELINE
Interior and exterior brought to a clean, maintained state. No polishing involved.
Start Here - Path A
-

02 - CORRECTION
Paint defect removal via polishing. For vehicles with swirls, scratches, or oxidation.
Paint Restoration - Path B
-

03 - PROTECTION
Ceramic coating applied after Correction. Locks in the condition and makes management more effective.
Paint Protection - Recommended
-

04 - MANAGEMENT
Recurring maintenance on a schedule we determine for your vehicle. Documented and reviewed. The condition never falls back.
Unlocks only after Baseline or Correction
Every client starts with an Assessment. From there, we determine whether Baseline or Correction is the right first step for your vehicle.

I am a first time customer and was truly amazed at how great my vehicle now looks! It had sat for two years under trees and was in bad shape. I now have a brand new looking vehicle. Even cleaned the engine area. She looks like she just rolled off the showroom floor. Thank you so much and I will be recommending this company to everyone! 10 stars!

Ready to start your condition assessment?
We’re not for everyone, but we’re a perfect fit if you:
Want your vehicle managed on a documented system, not cleaned reactively when it looks bad
Are willing to start at the beginning - with an Assessment, then Baseline or Correction - so there’s something worth managing
Understand that protecting your vehicle’s condition is a long-term commitment, not a one-time event
Are short on time and want to hand the scheduling, frequency, and tracking to someone who takes it seriously
Want one detailer who knows your vehicle’s condition history over time, not a different detailer every visit
Ready to get an accurate assessment of your vehicle?

Both! Assessments are done mobile or at the shop. Baseline, Correction, and Protection jobs are done at our shop in Alabaster, then once you’re enrolled in our management plan, we come to you.
-
Cost entirely depends on the size and condition of the vehicle as well as which route we go after the initial assessment: Baseline or Correction.
-
We typically have a 1-2 week lead time consistently throughout the year. When the holidays are approaching, that lead time increases to 3-4 weeks. If time is of the essence, please text us ahead of time as we are better able to accommodate you then as opposed to the last minute.

Management unlocks after you complete either a Baseline or Correction service through KAD. That’s not an arbitrary rule - it’s the only way the system works. Before we can manage your vehicle’s condition, we have to establish what that condition is and bring it to a proper baseline. Once that’s done, we enroll you in Management. The frequency isn’t something you choose from a menu - we determine it based on your vehicle, how you drive it, how it’s stored, what protection it has, and how old it is. Everything gets documented and reviewed with you twice a year.
-
Most detailers clean what they see. Condition management is different at every step. It starts with a Condition Assessment before any work begins. It uses that assessment to determine whether a Baseline or Correction is the right first service. It recommends Protection after that to lock in the results. And then it enrolls the vehicle in Management - a recurring schedule we determine based on the vehicle, not a tier the client picks. Everything is documented, tracked, and reviewed. It’s not a cleaning service. It’s a system for your vehicle’s long-term condition.
-
Two things. First, if your vehicle is a candidate for Protection (ceramic coating), we’ll talk through whether that makes sense for your situation. Second, once either Baseline or Correction is complete, your vehicle is eligible for Management - and we’ll discuss enrollment. Most clients move into Management at that point. It’s significantly more efficient and cost-effective than booking a restoration every time the vehicle falls back. We handle the schedule. You never have to wonder when your vehicle needs attention.
